A villa for eight.
Three bedrooms, two terraces, a private pool, and a garden lived in by three generations of one family.
The house, in plan.
Casa Kristiansen sits above the village of Agliano Terme. Three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a sofa bed accommodate up to eight guests across two floors. Set back from the road with mature gardens, the property is almost entirely private — no neighbours are visible from the terraces or the pool.

The Pool
A private pool — 5 × 10 metres — on the upper terrace, positioned to catch the afternoon sun. Sun loungers provided. The stone surround stays warm into the evening.

The Terraces
Two covered terraces — one at the front of the house, one at the rear — both large enough for a full table. The view over the Barbera vineyards is best in the early evening.

The Kitchen
Fully equipped for serious cooking — induction hob, oven, dishwasher. The local markets in Nizza Monferrato and Alba provide the rest. A private cook can be arranged separately through local contacts.

The Bedrooms
Three double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The two first-floor rooms each have an en-suite bathroom. A ground-floor sofa bed accommodates a further two guests. Bed and bath linens included.

The Garden
A lush garden surrounds the property, with a bocce court for afternoons that call for something slower. The grounds are partially fenced. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

The View
From the upper terrace, the Monferrato hills extend in every direction. On clear days, the Alps are visible to the north — an indication of what centuries of careful cultivation look like from above.
